About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and commercially aware Campaign Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across Valetax's active markets. This role requires someone who can connect strategy with execution, manage timelines across departments, and ensure that each campaign is aligned with brand, compliance, and business goals.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in campaign management, understands digital marketing and regional/global execution, and is confident working across creative, operations, product, and country teams.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Management

  • Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and event-related channels
  • Build campaign structures, timelines, deliverables, and go-live plans aligned with business objectives
  • Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product promotions, trading contests, bonuses, events, and regional activations
  • Ensure all campaign components are delivered on time and aligned with approved scope

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with design, risk, customer support, development, and country teams to execute campaigns smoothly
  • Act as the main coordination point across departments for campaign-related deliverables
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, validate mechanics, and ensure readiness before launch
  • Support regional teams in adapting campaign assets and messaging for local market use

Campaign Execution

  • Oversee the rollout of campaign materials across key channels such as website, landing pages, emailers, push notifications, social media, paid ads, and member area
  • Ensure consistency across messaging, offers, visuals, and CTAs across all touchpoints
  • Monitor campaign progress and address execution gaps or timeline risks quickly
  • Maintain quality control across all campaign outputs

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance based on agreed KPIs such as engagement, registrations, deposits, participation, and conversions
  • Work with relevant teams to review results and identify actionable improvements
  • Prepare post-campaign summaries with key findings, outcomes, and recommendations
  • Use performance data to refine future campaign planning and execution

Compliance & Brand Alignment

  • Ensure campaign messaging and mechanics follow internal approval processes and compliance requirements
  • Maintain brand consistency across all campaign assets and communications
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure client-facing materials are clear, accurate, and regionally suitable

Required Skills

  • Campaign Management - Strong experience managing full campaign cycles from planning to post-campaign review
  • Digital Marketing Understanding - Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels, customer journeys, and campaign touchpoints
  • Project Management - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once
  • Stakeholder Coordination - Comfortable working across departments and managing inputs from multiple teams
  • Communication Skills - Clear written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
  • Analytical Thinking - Ability to review campaign data and turn insights into practical improvements
  • Brand & Messaging Awareness - Strong sense of consistency in campaign communication and positioning
  • Problem Solving - Able to identify execution issues early and respond with practical solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, or integrated marketing
  • Proven experience handling multi-channel campaigns across digital and offline platforms
  • Strong understanding of campaign workflows, go-live processes, and cross-functional coordination
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing structure or quality

Nice to Have

  • Experience in FinTech, financial services, or other regulated industries
  • Experience handling regional or multi-market campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and client engagement flows
  • Understanding of campaign reporting, basic funnel analysis, and performance optimisation
  • Experience working with designers, developers, and marketing automation teams
