About the Role
Foundry is looking for a talented Campaign Manager to join our leading demand generation business unit. The lead operations team drives Japan's demand generation programs and ensures the highest standards in campaign delivery, acting as Foundry's center of excellence for Japan operations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end campaign management of customer demand generation programs.
- Planning and forecasting monthly lead targets and revenue generated.
- Optimization of lead gen campaigns and working with internal stakeholders to understand campaign performance.
- Identifying campaign challenges and working within a team environment to manage and action to achieve positive customer outcomes.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer success teams throughout the campaign lifecycle, addressing concerns related to lead performance, campaign pacing, or delivery issues.
- Become pro-actively involved with the wider data group (lead generation) to understand best practices and troubleshoot ideas where necessary.
- Oversee data governance practices related to lead distribution and client reporting.
About You
- Fluent in both Japanese and English, with excellent spoken and written communication abilities.
- Strong management and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of Foundry data solutions.
- Reasonable flexibility to accommodate time zone differences when collaborating with global teams.
