Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end campaign nomination operations, ensuring all submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered within timelines.
  • Consolidate, validate, and maintain campaign nomination trackers using Google Sheets/Excel with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate closely with JP sellers, internal stakeholders across different markets and functions to ensure campaign requirements are fulfilled.
  • Execute operational processes according to established SOPs while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign milestones, proactively follow up on pending actions, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Support Key Account Managers with campaign-related operations, data consolidation, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks effectively during peak campaign periods while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and execution quality.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of working experience in operations, e-commerce, project coordination, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, filtering, data validation, pivot tables).
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and maintain data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Good written and decent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional and multicultural teams across different markets.
  • Able to follow SOPs while taking ownership of execution and driving tasks to completion.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a dynamic e-commerce business.
