Job Summary

Our client is a leading provider of document solutions and digital imaging services, specializing in secure document management, archiving, and workflow processing. Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Campaign and Content Specialist in joining our growing marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns that drive content strategy, content creation with AI tools, brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will play a critical role in ensuring digital campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet key performance objectives. The ideal candidate must have experience in driving content strategy and savvy with content creation using AI tools. You will drive end to end digital marketing strategy from campaign planning to execution with data analysis to track campaign performance. You will contribute to building impactful marketing efforts by using creative strategies and data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with team members to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Define campaign objectives, target audience segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create and maintain campaign timelines and budgets to ensure smooth execution.

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, paid ads, content marketing, and events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. consultants, product marketing) and external agencies to create on-brand assets for campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and design across all campaign touchpoints.
  • Exceptional project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously
  • Budget management experience to allocate resources efficiently and stay within campaign budgets.

Performance Tracking & Analysis:

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and generate regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Analyze metrics, including engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.

Digital Marketing Expertise:

  • Utilize digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SalesForce Pardot (MCAE) email marketing automation tools to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Perform A/B testing on campaign assets such as email subject lines, ad creatives, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Contribute to SEO/SEM strategies to enhance organic and paid campaign performance.

Content Creation:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, target audience and brand guidelines.
  • Create and manage editorial calendar to deliver timely content across various digital platforms.
  • Create contents using AI tools or with agency to oversee the content creation of visually appealing and multimedia-rich assets.
  • Strategize and execute distribution plans for content across owned, earned, and paid channels to maximize reach and engagement

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, consultants and product marketing teams to align campaigns with lead generation goals and ensure seamless handoff processes.
  • Communicate campaign progress, success metrics, and challenges to marketing leadership and stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of B2B marketing with diverse experience in digital campaigns management, content strategy and creation.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and focused on achieving outcomes.
  • Strong ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on shared objectives.
  • Must be savvy to create contents using AI tools.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing digital marketing initiatives with measurable results.
  • Preferably some experience with tools like SEMrush and implementing SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Experience integrating events or webinars into broader marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of tools like SEMRush, Google Ads, Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce Pardot.
  • Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics for performance tracking and optimization.
