Company Description

Adventure Plus specialise in the facilitation of outdoor adventure learning cohort camps for schools in Singapore, serving approximately 11,000 - 12,000 Primary and Secondary school students each year.

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Camp Coordinator to join our field operations team.

Camp Coordinators oversee the planning and execution of outdoor adventure learning camps in accordance to MOE guidelines, ensuring smooth programme operations, safety management, and quality delivery in the field.

Requirements

• Singaporean / Permanent Resident
• Passion for the Outdoors
• Able to stay overnight from Mondays - Fridays during peak season
• Interest in working with children and youths
• Confident and clear communicator 
• Possess good safety and situation awareness
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
• Proficiency in planning and resource management
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to fast-paced environments
