We are looking for individuals with call centre sales experience to perform Business Development outreach and client engagement in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and candidates

• Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Understand clients hiring needs and provide suitable staffing solutions

• Follow up closely with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process
