Job Description

  • Responsible for individual KPI
  • Attend to calls/emails enquires
  • Perform call consultation and secure appointments with prospects
  • Achieve monthly targets
  • Engage and establish relationship with prospects from daily-assigned pool of leads
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service during call and text with prospect
  • Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or the managememnt
