• To manage feedback received on alleged TCASA offences via specific hotlines and email addresses
• Shall respond to the feedback and assign enforcement teams for follow up.
• On social media platforms and keywords provided by the Authority.
• Compile reports for review when peddlers have been identified for follow up

Shift pattern - 2 Days day shift , 2 Off , 2 Night shift

Work timing : 10.00 AM to 10.00 PM / 10.00 PM to 10.00 AM
