
Search by job, company or skills
Answer incoming calls from internal and external customers
Log, dispatch, and close callback tickets in SAP system
Update and maintain ticket records in Excel for tracking purposes
Follow up on cases and coordinate with engineers for technician assignment
Analyse SAP-triggered tickets and determine appropriate actions
Maintain and update technician rosters on a rotational basis
Generate operational reports as required
Support daily operational coordination and other ad-hoc duties
