Job Description

  • Customer Order Management: Handling concrete orders, coordinating with customers on delivery schedules, and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Inquiry Handling: Addressing customer inquiries about concrete products, specifications, and delivery schedules.
  • Leads Generation (Potentially): Identifying potential customers in the construction and renovation industries and generating leads through cold calls or networking.
  • Technical Support: Providing technical advice, recommendations, and solutions to customers regarding concrete products and applications.
  • Problem Resolution: Addressing customer concerns and complaints related to concrete orders and deliveries.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Sales Support: Assisting sales managers and teams in achieving sales targets.
  • Assist in seeking lead supply from various prospects and perform
    marketing/cold-call to project in charge.
  • Handle enquiries, initialing of supply arrangements.
  • Communicate with customer office and site to discuss on delivery requirement.
  • Proactive Customer Follow-Up: Contact customers with advanced bookings to encourage timely or early starts (since morning less orders). Reach out to customers who have not placed orders for three or more consecutive days to understand their site progress and maintain order continuity.
