Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls and email enquiries from customers
- Assist customers with general queries
- Record and update case details in the system accurately
- Manage and escalate feedback or issues where necessary
- Deliver excellent service to enhance the customer experience

- Comfortable working in rotating shift arrangements
