Job Overview

We are seeking a resilient, adaptable, and customer-focused Call Centre Agents to join our dynamic 24/7 customer support team.

In this role, you will provide round-the-clock assistance to our global customer base. Because our customers need help at all hours, this position requires flexibility to work a rotational roster. including morning, afternoon, overnight, weekend, and public holiday shifts.

Core Responsibilities

Customer Support & Communication

Manage multi-channel queues: Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats professionally across various time zones.
Troubleshoot problems: Assist customers with real-time issue resolution, billing inquiries, and product technical support.
Maintain service consistency: Deliver the same high level of empathy, clarity, and professionalism regardless of the shift hour.

Operations & Flexibility

Adhere to rotational schedules: Commit to a changing roster that includes night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Punctuality & attendance: Arrive precisely on time for all assigned shifts to ensure seamless handovers between team schedules.
Update systems: Accurately log all customer interactions and technical issues into the CRM database before ending a shift.
