Call Center Officer

Our Client:

• Automotive Industry

• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm

• Alternate Saturday, 8am - 12pm

• East - Ubi

• Basic UP $2400 + OT + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers.

• Schedule vehicle servicing and repair appointments.

• Assist service advisors with call centre tasks.

• Perform proactive reminders for upcoming services and follow-ups on recalls or campaigns.

• General administrative duties

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level

• No experience required, training will be provided
