Call Center Officer (Contract) Sembawang SJN

Client: Gas and Electricity Energy Provider

. Contact customer to arrange for appointments for the installation or cut-off of gas pipes / gas water heater or appliances.

. Handle customers enquiries on appointments, installation charges and other gas installation related matter.

. Follow up on customer's enquiries from emails.

. Send SMS/emails to customers on their appointment schedules.

. Promote gas appliances / collaborations with other business partners to potential customers.

. Liaise with term contractor on any services lapse.

. Feedback on any difficult/special cases.

. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Working Hours:

8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)

8.30am - 12.30pm (Alternate Sat)

Bus pickup to and fro from Sembawang MRT
