Cake Liaison

We are looking for individuals with/without experience or passionate about baking but are looking to transit to a non-kitchen role.

Job scope involves liaising with customers remotely and in person and using the in-house CRM to capture order requirements and to assist the customer to make their dream cake a reality!

Other responsibilities include packing and a limited retail element.
