Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals in a cafeteria setting
- Ordering raw ingredients, receiving and checking raw materials for cafeteria operation.
- Monitor and control quality & quantity of stock inventory for cafeteria.
- Preparing ingredients and cook meals for company's internal employees.
- Ensure the safe use maintenance / sanitation of equipment & facilities.
- Ensure efficiency in the work you carry out, keeping organised and maintaining our high standards of food production.
- Manage product storage, maintenance, and rotation activities to avoid any damages or spoilages.
- Comply with food hygiene & work safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory and prepare within given budget.
- Make sure that products are properly labelled production date and expiration dates.
- Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by a member of the Management Team.
