- Lead and manage a team of full-time and part-time staff to achieve operational goals
- Plan and organize staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow
- Train new staff to equip them with necessary skills and knowledge for their roles
- Oversee daily cafe operations to maintain smooth and effective service delivery
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequacy and minimize wastage
- Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the cafe to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Have at least 1 year of experience as a Cafe Team Lead, Assistant Manager, or Manager
