- To follow the SOPs of the various outlets
- Ability to make drinks according to SOPs and be very customer oriented.
- To ensure excellent customer service, and also ensure stocks are fully available in all outlets.
- Work closely with the full timer (service crew and customer service) and back of house (kitchen)
- Monitor, plan and work through the production processes
- Ability to drive growth by training the newer team members and fellow part timers
- To be hands-on in setting up the shop
- To monitor and drive operational excellence in the outlets
- To handle challenging and difficult situations
Requirements:
- Experience in handling F&B Operations (Dine-in, Takeaway)
- Strong experience in handling customers
- Able and willing to work in the kitchen if necessary
- Good experience in customer service
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Willing to travel across different outlets in Singapore
Internship will be min 3 months, candidate should be willing and able to commit at least 3-4 days a week (830am to 330pm) OR (11am to 530pm)
