Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafe and ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

. Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the café.

. Lead, train, and support staff to maintain high performance standards.

. Ensure quality customer service and address customer feedback professionally.

. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

. Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and company policies.

. Assist with staff scheduling and manpower planning.

. Work closely with management to achieve operational and sales objectives.

Requirements

. Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations, hospitality, or a related field.

. Barista certification or relevant professional coffee preparation training preferred.

. Experience in coffee preparation, beverage quality control, and café operations.

. Strong leadership and team management skills.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

. 44 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays based on operational requirements.
