About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established bakery brand expanding into Singapore, celebrated for its quality and reputation across Southeast Asia. They are looking for passionate and dedicated culinary professionals to join their growing team and contribute to an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.

  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.

  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating, with a focus on pasta dishes and grilled items, to maintain consistency and quality.

  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and overall kitchen performance.

  • Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.

  • Collaborate closely with the culinary team to uphold creativity, consistency, and excellence in every dish.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Junior Sous Chef or in a similar role within a professional kitchen.

  • Strong culinary expertise in pasta and grilling.

  • A culinary diploma or equivalent certification is an advantage.

  • Proven leadership abilities with strong team management skills.

  • Solid understanding of culinary techniques and overall kitchen operations.

  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills and excellent organisational abilities.
