As Snap Cafe's Brand Advocate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, crafting and preparing delicious food and beverages, and ensuring the proper operation of our stores. Key responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure customer satisfaction
• Crafting and preparing delicious food and beverages to our customers
• Define and own core operational KPIs and goals to measure success
• Collaborate with our team to come up with creative ideas for promotions and collaterals
• Continuously improve your skills and knowledge about coffee, food, and customer service
• Manage inventory efficiently using user-friendly technology to eliminate manual stock taking

Qualifications:

• Passionate about coffee and food with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work as a team
