Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible, energetic, Cafe Crew Member to join Aureffle. The candidate should have basic cafe knowledge and be willing to learn. You will be responsible for preparing food and beverages, serving customers, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation
Prepare coffee using espresso machine (latte, cappuccino, americano, etc.)Make tea and milkshakes. Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of coffee machine and beverage station.
Dessert & Food Preparation
Scoop and serve ice cream neatly and professionally. Prepare waffles and pancakes according to recipe. Ensure proper portion control and food qualityMonitor stock levels of ingredients
Cleaning & Hygiene
Maintain overall cleanliness of cafe during working hours. Clean tables, counters, equipment, and floors regularly. Wash utensils and tools properly. Wash the toilet everyday. Ensure the cafe is fully cleaned and organized before leaving every dayFollow food safety and hygiene standards
Customer Service
Greet customers politely and take orders accurately. Handle cash or POS system if required. Maintain a friendly and positive attitude.
