Cafe Barista

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
• Take customer orders, process payments, and provide excellent service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar area.
• Follow proper food and beverage safety and hygiene practices.
• Keep track of inventory and restock items as needed.
• Manage customer feedback and handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Experience as a barista or in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Passion for coffee and creating excellent beverages.
• Friendly, positive, and energetic attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude during busy periods.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
