Responsibilities:
Generate/modify drawings for the following:
- Progress update, construction work sequence, site utilisation plan
- Utility drawing with section/layout view, checking utility services with proposed structure
- Traffic diversion work with road/drainage element
- Construction shop drawing for RC / steel structure / other structure works
- Construction as-built drawings
- Explain drawing to construction teams and engineers to provide adjustments as necessary.
- Monitor compliance with building codes throughout the construction process.
- Review engineering data to ensure compliance with the original design plans.
- Coordinate filling, storage and retrieval of both manual and electronic drawings.
- Maintain, support and operate associated plotters and printers.
- Interpret specifications.
- Review completed construction drawing and cost estimates for accuracy and conformity to standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma in related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Construction industry.
- Experience with Main Contractor in LTA underground infrastructure project is highly preferred.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Team player with good inter-personal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Open to working 5.5D
