CAD and BIM Drafter

Summary:

We are seeking a CAD/DGN + BIM Drafter to join our team in Singapore for a 12-month project starting in January 2026. In this role, you will be responsible for creating 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using tools like Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks, and supporting Civil VDC coordination meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain 2D drawings using AutoCAD and MicroStation.
• Create and manage 3D BIM models using Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore BIM standards and LTA guidelines.
• Attend Civil VDC coordination meetings to support project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in 2D drawings using AutoCAD and MicroStation.
• Proficiency in 3D BIM models using Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on drafting/BIM experience on LTA projects.
• Familiarity with Singapore BIM standards and LTA guidelines.
