Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the SEA Cabinet Efficiency strategy, aligned with global Cabinet Efficiency initiatives and regional ICE business priorities.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth by expanding Cabinet Efficiency adoption across key industries (e.g. machine builders, panel builders, OEMs, system integrators).
  • Translate global go‑to‑market concepts into regional execution plans, focus segments, and value propositions.
  • Own business performance inputs (pipeline, revenue, strategic initiatives) for Cabinet Efficiency in SEA.
  • Ensure strong solution consistency, scalability, and differentiation across SEA markets.
  • Collaborate with Sales Product Marketing and Application teams to align products, solutions, and value messaging.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership, Sales Product Marketing, and Business Development teams to:
  • Drive market penetration
  • Support strategic projects and specification wins
  • Sponsor key design‑in and reference customers
  • Support regional training, workshops, and campaigns related to Cabinet Efficiency.
  • Provide directional technical leadership for Cabinet Efficiency solutions and applications.
  • Guide Application and Project teams on complex cabinet‐related system concepts and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure continuous development of Cabinet Efficiency expertise, tools, and best practices within SEA.
  • Establish clear KPIs, governance, and capability development frameworks.
  • Build a high‑performance, customer‑centric team culture across regions.
  • Act as the regional interface to Global Business Units and HQ for Cabinet Efficiency.
  • Provide structured market feedback, customer insights, and competitor intelligence.
  • Represent SEA Cabinet Efficiency interests in regional and global steering forums.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in industrial systems, cabinet building, automation, or solution‑based roles.
  • Proven leadership experience in regional or multi‑country environments.
  • Strong understanding of control cabinet processes, efficiency concepts, and industrial workflows.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to bridge technical depth and business strategy.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories as required.
