General Roles and responsibilities:
. Promote and adhere to Shell policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and uphold a culture of safety awareness
. Ensure uniforms are clean and worn properly to project a positive image and demonstrate pride in representing the brand
. Provide quality service by following C-store service steps: Greet guests, Check purchases, Share store promotions and upsell, Offer assistance, and Wish customers well
. Maintain smooth day-to-day operations in the c-store by stacking, displaying, and replenishing products on shelves, monitoring product expiration dates, managing vendor deliveries, and organizing product storage
. Perform Point of Sales operations accurately, including cashiering duties and ensuring proper accounting of daily sales
. Address customer issues or feedback promptly and communicate effectively with the Shift Manager as part of the communication plan
. Monitor and report low stock levels to the Shift Manager to ensure inventory is sufficiently stocked
. Maintain a clean and organized station environment by conducting daily housekeeping tasks during each shift
. Deliver high-quality service to customers in the c-store and actively engage in building rapport with customers
. Follow safety protocols and work procedures to ensure a secure and efficient work environment
. Drive store revenue by promoting upselling of products to customers and maximizing sales opportunities
. Flexibility to work various shifts to support operational needs and ensure exceptional customer service throughout different times of the day
