C&S Resident Engineer

Civil and Structural Resident Engineer

a) Be overall in charge of the management and control of ALL Site Supervisors, including those of OTHER disciplines

b) Assist the supervising Qualified Person(s) to perform the duties as prescribed in the Building Control Regulations 2003

c) Review all project drawings and specifications, and raise any discrepancies and/or possible problems before construction work commence on site and progressively throughout the entire course of the
project

d) Supervise the construction and related works, maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, approved sketches, product or system specifications, contractor's method statements, installation and working procedures

e) Experience in architectural finishing/building works

f) Past experience with projects located within Changi and Seletar Airport will be advantageous

g) Good team player with ability to work independently and multi-task

Requirements:

a) Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent or accreditation recognized by PEB Singapore
b) Registered as Resident Engineer (C&S) with BCA/IES/ACES and
c) Possess at least 5 years of relevant site supervision experience as a resident engineer in building or infrastructural construction sites in Singapore.
