C&S Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all civil & structural, architectural, and specialist works contractors (SWCs), including interface management with E&M installations and utility diversion works.
• Facilitate and lead coordination meetings with SWC contractors to address design, technical, and construction matters.
• Oversee interface management for tunnelling projects
• Liaise with government agencies and utility providers to obtain site clearances, permits, and statutory approvals.
• Work closely with consultants and contractors on civil, architectural, and M&E aspects to ensure timely approval of design submissions.
