C&S Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise civil and structural works at the site to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues.
• Review structural and architectural drawings, method statements, and work schedules.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship meets regulatory and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, local authorities requirements, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist in managing permits, inspections, and documentation for civil/structural works.
• Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in C&S coordination in construction projects.
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to interpret engineering and structural drawings.
• Familiarity with site safety protocols and coordination of site activities.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (or other CAD software).
