C&Q Lead / Manager – Singapore Biomanufacturing Project

A new greenfield project is building out its Commissioning and Qualification team. This is a chance to join a major capital project from the ground up, working directly with EPCM partners, equipment vendors and the client's own engineering and quality functions.

What you'll be doing

The role centres on owning a defined scope within the wider C&Q programme, from early planning through to handover. You'll be the client's eyes and ears on site, holding third party contractors accountable for quality, safety and schedule while your own documentation and test scripts meet regulatory expectations.

Day to day this covers:

• Running C&Q activities for your assigned systems, from strategy through execution
• Writing and maintaining procedures and protocols that stand up to regulatory scrutiny
• Keeping commissioning milestones on track against the master schedule
• Sitting across the table from Engineering, Operations, QA, EHS, Automation and E&I teams to keep everyone aligned
• Approving test scripts, chasing down discrepancies and closing out remediation
• Feeding into change control with clear views on cost, schedule and compliance impact
• Walking the site with construction teams, working through snag lists and confirming systems are mechanically complete
• Making sure everything happening in the field stays within EHS and quality boundaries
• Bringing progress updates and issues to stakeholder meetings

Where your experience should sit

One or more of the following areas:

HVAC and cleanroom systems – strategy and execution across cleanrooms, LAFs and isolators.

Process and API areas – reactors, purification, isolators, filter dryers, thermal oxidisers, solvent handling.

Thermal mapping – strategies for cold storage, autoclaves, warehousing and similar temperature critical spaces.

Lab and analytical – SME level QC validation knowledge, comfortable managing third party support on sampling and test methods.
