(C) Freight Customer Service Officer - Changi

Overview: -

• Monthly Basic Salary: Up to $2800 (Depending on relevant working experience)
• Freight Services Industry
• 5 Days, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• CIAS Cargo Changi (East Area)

Job Responsibilities: -

• Communicate with overseas office / agents / shipping line
• Attend customers inquiries and respond queries including bookings (air & sea carriers)
• Coordinate all shipments for both air and sea
• Monitor, resolve and follow up closely with customers on any dispute cases

Job Requirement: -

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in Supply Chain / Logistics industry
• Applicant able to join within short notice will be preferred
• Applicant with experience in Freight Forwarding sector will be an added advantage.
