Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation to appoint a Manager for Compensation & Benefits and Payroll, a key position within the HR function that combines strategic oversight with operational excellence. This role is suited for an experienced professional who is confident managing both reward frameworks and payroll processes end-to-end, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive competitive and compliant practices.
In this role, you will take ownership of the organisation's compensation and benefits agenda, including salary benchmarking, annual review cycles, incentive structures, and policy development. You will also oversee full-spectrum payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to all relevant statutory and tax requirements in Singapore. As a subject matter expert, you will advise HR business partners and leadership on reward strategies, while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency through process optimisation and system improvements. Managing external vendors such as payroll providers and benefits administrators will form part of your responsibilities, alongside delivering data-driven insights and reports to support business decisions.
The ideal candidate brings a degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related discipline, along with approximately 8 to 12 years of relevant experience across compensation, benefits, and payroll, including prior people or project management exposure. You should possess a strong understanding of Singapore's payroll legislation, tax regulations, and labour laws, and have demonstrated experience operating within mid to large-sized organisations. A high level of attention to detail, strong analytical capability, and the ability to effectively engage stakeholders across all levels will be essential for success in this role. Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems such as Workday or SAP will be advantageous.
