We are seeking a highly motivated C-arm and X-ray Application Consultant to join our X-ray imaging team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our advanced imaging technology and healthcare providers, ensuring optimal utilization of our C-arm systems. This role combines technical expertise, clinical knowledge, and strong customer service skills to support distributors, train end users and contribute to product optimization. The role will also support Digital Radiology (DR) application team when/if there is a need within the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and clinical support to both distributors and end customers regarding C-arm imaging applications.
- Conduct on-site and remote system demonstrations, training sessions, and workflow guidance for radiology staff and distributor teams.
- Assist distributors in addressing application-related queries and troubleshooting to ensure seamless customer support.
- Analyze customer workflows and recommend optimal system configurations to improve efficiency, image quality, and clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and R&D teams to communicate distributor and customer feedback for product improvements.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, user manuals, and training materials for distributors and end users.
- Stay updated on industry trends, clinical protocols, and emerging imaging technologies.
- Participate in product launches, workshops, and continuing education initiatives for distributors and healthcare providers.
- Self-training in software changes.
- Provide pre-sales support to our partners and channel managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Radiology Technology, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in medical imaging with regional exposure.
- Strong knowledge and technical expertise in C-arm imaging systems and medical imaging software.
- Strong understanding of radiology workflows, imaging protocols, and dose management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with both distributor teams and clinical stakeholders.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and demonstrations.
- Fluent in English. Other languages a plus.
- Travel to distributor and customer sites as required. Travel requirements up to 70%.
