C&Q/Validation Engineer-Thermal Mapping

We are currently looking for C&Q Engineer who can do Thermal Mapping-Pharma Projects to join us on a permanent basis to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring that every part of the system will maintain a stable temperature during use in incubators and warehouses etc.
• Responsible in identifying all equipment and locations involved before beginning a temperature mapping
• Perform Thermal Mapping for storage areas and Thermal Validation studies for autoclaves, dry heat sterilizers, refrigerators, cold and hot chambers, and incubators.
• Responsible for execution of every thermal mapping activities
• Perform a risk assessment before you do the thermal mapping to identify all of the tests needed to perform based on the risks.
• Identify the required tests for the thermal validation study based on the risk assessment.
• Validate or qualify equipment and storage facilities including warehouses, storage facilities, refrigerators, freezers, incubators, cryo-apparatus, autoclaves, depyrogenation ovens and tunnels, lyophilizers, photostability chambers, SIP systems, etc., that you claim will maintain a defined temperature range within a period.
• Maintain, calibrate, and validate equipment and facilities, not just for regulatory compliance but for reliable and profitable operation temperature controlled equipment
