Details of the Division and Team:
This role sits within the CAFC Frameworks and Programmes Team, managing programmes across the C-AFC Frameworks & Programs Change Management portfolio AFC, Compliance, Business Conflicts Office (BCO), Group Governance (GG), Frameworks & Programs (F&P), Controls Testing & Assurance (CT&A), from requirements to successful deployment
The F&P Change Team contributes to the uplift of the Firm's capabilities across multiple lines of defense.

Your key responsibilities:
Oversee and drive execution of programmes: Accountable for driving a change portfolio of projects and programmes across the C-AFC Frameworks & Programs Change Management portfolio (AFC, Compliance, BCO, GG, F&P, CT&A), from requirements to successful deployment.
Working with stakeholders to meet project scope, timeline, and budget. Accountable for deliverables as agreed with owners and business / functional heads.
Create impact through business transformation solutions: Develop concrete solution proposals and support business owners in their implementation. Drive the supporting change using state of the art change management capabilities. Moderate the process of strategy enhancement, implementation and challenges.
Stakeholder management: Support and promote the Team's agenda with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure delivery on project objectives, expectations, and focus areas.
Practice management: Shape initiatives and best practices of the team, driving quality and pace.
Communication: Ensure regular and transparent communication with all stakeholders through updates, reports, and presentations.
Your skills and experience:
Experience: Minimum 12 years experience in financial services or consultancy, specifically focused on global and regional change management initiatives, is required.
Execution excellence: Demonstrated ability & track record of delivering a variety of very complex programmes against challenging timelines. Ability & track record to successfully manage diverse stakeholders in a project organisation, up to ExCo-level.
Significant experience as a Project Manager having worked on Change or Transformation projects within Compliance or another second line function
Academic requirements: Tertiary degree in a Finance-related discipline. Post-graduate academic achievements, such as an MBA.
Industry knowledge: In-depth understanding of banking sector, including business environment, trends and challenges.
Analytical skills: Proven expertise to develop and foster implementation of conceptual solutions to strategic firm-wide challenges. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex data to inform decision-making.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convincingly present to senior executives across the organisation. Ability to structure highly complex information and matters, and to condense complex matters into convincing presentations. Experience in moderating difficult discussions or meetings with the required conflict resolution skills.

Good knowledge of the global regulatory environment, and ability to communicate this effectively to the business
Experience in problem solving, business analysis and working to tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders
Structured, organised and results oriented approach, demonstrating a high level of diligence and attention to detail
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and able to apply control framework around processes and identify gaps, risks
Strong stakeholder management experience with ability to communicate with different stakeholders
Very good communication, presentation skills & ability to explain complex structures
