Job Description:

• Tactical/ Strategic Purchasing (Sourcing, negotiating, placing order, follow updeliveries, etc)
• Vendor Management handling the local & overseas suppliers
• Manage on-time delivery program, expediting delivery of materials to meetproduction requirement, handle supplier shipment discrepancies
• Update daily and monthly planning & purchasing reports, follow up weekly with suppliers on forecasted requirements
• Generating purchasing order, expediting, re-scheduling and handling excess andinventory control management
• Deal with internal company to support RFQ & buy on behalf if needed.
• Ensure timely delivery materials to support the plant's operation andmanufacturing needs
• RMA management
• Perform other related ad hoc duties assigned to support Purchasing Department

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification or other relevant certificates
• Minimum 2 year experience in manufacturing/contract manufacturing
• Knowledge of Procurement & supply Chain Principles
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP Systems (Epicor)
• Good communication, negotiation, Self-motivated and highly responsible with theability to work under pressure
• Knowledge in raw materials & OEM is a must
