- Employment Type: 12-month Contract (Renewable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities for capital equipment, spares, and services
- Execute Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including delivery tracking, budgeting, and invoice reconciliation
- Maintain supplier performance in terms of delivery, quality, cost, and capacity
- Act as primary contact for assigned suppliers and manage supplier relationships
- Support supplier qualification and commercial evaluation activities
- Lead or support supplier negotiations including contract renewals and RFQ processes
- Perform cost analysis and should-cost modeling to identify savings opportunities
- Support initiatives on lead time reduction, cost savings, and supply chain optimization
- Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Finance, Legal, and Category teams
- Consolidate supplier performance data for reporting and business reviews (QBR/ASE)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement / sourcing / supplier management
- Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or electronics industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes (P2P, RFQ, contract management)
- Experience in supplier negotiation and cost analysis
- Familiar with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
