Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global supply and inventory strategies for upcoming programs.
- Drive metrics on supply continuity and inventory levels during HVM transitions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to raise purchase orders based on demand.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries escalate urgent delays.
- Monitor supplier performance (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Service Level Satisfaction metrics.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Communicate procurement strategies and plans to cross-functional teams.
- Address process gaps and support the development of strategic supply solutions.
- Leverage automation tools like RPA or Power Automate to improve processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant procurement experience, and dealing with Suppliers will be advantage.
- Strong supplier management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with KPIs, supply metrics, and procurement tools.
- Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., RPA, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Able to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
