Procurement:
- Purchasing for Turnaround Projects
- Source services and materials for all functions in co-operation with central Procurement
- Run procurement process in co-operation with Singapore departments from supplier identification to purchase order and material receiving.
- Participate in commercial negotiations with material and service providers.
- Arrange expediting of critical orders.
- Maintain list for preferred suppliers and negotiate frame contracts with selected suppliers.
- Arrange archiving of contracts and other commercial documents.
- Optimise vendor base and continue to look for competitive and reliable source.
- Identify opportunity that can add value and generate cost optimisation.
Purchasing using Bio+:
- Make sure that daily Bio+ / SAP activities for procurement functions are timely and correctly done.
- Continuous Process Improvement - to identify and drive process improvement ideas.
Commodity Category Management
- Tech Services and Equipment
- Consumables and tools
- Lab Services and Equipment
- Waste Management
- Safety Equipment
- Utilities
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in supply chain or other related certificate/courses.
- Proficient in MS Excel and in using SAP.
- Experience working in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Refinery projects will be an advantage.
