Our client is a leading organisation specialised in manufacturing Semiconductor machines
Responsibilities:
- Develop new suppliers of fabrication and structure for semiconductor or automation equipment. (Example, precision machining parts, enclosure, sheet-metal, structure)
- Assess existing suppliers performance, capacity and capability and map out a re-alignment strategy to meet current and future growth requirement.
- Develop cost reduction programs of existing and new suppliers on a periodic basis.
- Share experience and expertise to build up the strength and competency of colleagues
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in an engineering discipline, preferably in mechanical or mechatronics.
- 2-5 years related working experience, preferably in machine manufacturing environment
- Able to read mechanical drawings
- Experience in procurement of metal fabrication parts
- Some exposure in ERP system and MS office applications.
