Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing & Procurement:
  • Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, including sourcing, RFQs, negotiation, and order follow-up.
  • Procure materials, components, and equipment according to MRP.
  • Expedite orders to meet production schedules.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management:
  • Coordinate with suppliers and the supply chain to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, delivery, and inventory.
  • Handle RMA/NCT returns efficiently.
  • Inventory & Logistics:
  • Oversee inventory management and enforce stocking rules.
  • Liaise with logistics teams for shipments, tracking, and customs compliance.
  • Reporting & Cost Control:
  • Process purchasing documentation, including vendor setup, PO/DN, and invoice submissions.
  • Implement cost reduction initiatives.
  • Prepare and update weekly and monthly reports.
