Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Logistic, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
Must have 3 to 5 years minimum experience in Buyer, Procurement or related function
Understanding in SAP, inventory, and production principles
Has experienced to handle direct materials will be adding advantage
The Job
Manage direct purchasing like spare and parts with understand product and familiar with tools
Access to the detailed drawing and specification related to part numbers and provide information to supplier
Using SAP access in day-to-day basis and create PO according to supplier LT and approved prices to provide latest drawing & BOM to supplier
Manage supplier order delivery schedule and timely schedule update in SAP
Order management, procedures on supplier delivery tracking, ECN implementation, FAI process, outstanding GR & IR follow up
Collaborate with cross functional team to recommend new suppliers and purchasing activities with manufacturing and engineering departments to maintain inventory
