Job Description
- Receive orders from Customers, create sales orders and shop orders.
- Provide customer support and management of customer order schedule.
- Co-ordinate with Program Management team in providing quotes to customers.
- Consult with Manufacturing Department regarding equipment, manpower, and workload.
- Participate in meetings to discuss control problems.
- Ensure strategic development and implementation of long-term contracts with supply base.
- Manage and oversee inventories in our warehouse and at customer sites for those Kanban part numbers . Receive, interpret, discuss, and edit customer and sales orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries such as product selection and requests for prices and quotations.
- Issue PO to suppliers based on actual order & forecast and expedite for material based on the shortages report generated to meet production requirement.
- Support NPI (FAI) activities.
- Maintain optimal inventory level and minimize inventory holding.
- Negotiate with suppliers to support cost reduction and Lead time reduction
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Requirement
- Diploma/N/O level
- 3+3 months contract (To cover maternity)
