Job Responsibilities:

• Cutting, trimming, deboning, and preparing meat products

• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety

• Operating meat processing equipment safely

• Assisting customers with orders and special requests

• Managing stock and minimizing waste

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a butcher (preferred)

• Knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques

• Understanding of food safety regulations

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
