Business Valuation Analyst

Major responsibilities include but not limited to:

. To assist in financial model development and review assignments, and to take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of such assignments.

. To perform industry research, comparable transactions/ companies research, to assist with the preparation DCF & WACC calculations and analysis.

. Conduct research and management interviews.

. To assist the managers in preparing valuation reports.

. To write up consultancy report on industry market and perform in-depth market research.

. To carry out any other assignments as directed by managers or senior management.

. To carry out research for regular or ad hoc projects, where required.

Requirements:

. Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other business related disciplines/ CFA candidate.

. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

. Ideally with relevant exposures (both in school or work).

. Sound understanding of various financial models (e.g., DCF, Market Multiples).

. Sound understanding of finance concepts.

. Responsible, well-organized and able to work independently.

. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

. Able to work with a high degree of autonomy as well as part of a team.

. Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

. Proficiency in PC knowledge such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing.
