Our client a medical distribution firm is going through their next phase of growth. As such, they are seeking a Business Unit Manager to oversee the surgical business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial performance of the business unit by delivering sales targets, driving business growth, and executing strategic sales plans.
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team through recruitment, performance management, and field-based leadership.
- Build and strengthen relationships with KOLs, hospital stakeholders, and procurement teams while supporting tenders, product evaluations, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Oversee business operations by ensuring accurate forecasting, CRM discipline, inventory coordination, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with manufacturer partners.
Key Requirements
- Medical device sales experience in Singapore, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding commercial targets.
- Proven leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams within the medical device industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze sales performance, develop strategic growth plans, and drive business results.
- Established network with hospital decision-makers, KOLs, and procurement stakeholders, with experience supporting tenders and navigating the healthcare landscape.
