Business Transformation & Strategy Manager

We are supporting a confidential client in appointing a Business Transformation & Strategy Manager to work closely with senior leadership on cross-functional initiatives covering strategy execution, performance analysis, and operational improvement.

This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and support business transformation and strategic initiatives

• Analyse business, financial, and operational performance to generate actionable insights

• Partner with functional leaders to translate strategy into execution

• Lead cross-functional projects and track delivery against objectives

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting

• Identify and implement process and efficiency improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field

• 3-6 years experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, or business operations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advanced Excel BI / data visualisation tools preferred

• Confident working with senior stakeholders and ambiguity
