Business Transformation Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Transformation Manager to lead enterprise transformation programs that enhance operational efficiency, accelerate digital innovation, and support long-term business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying transformation opportunities, designing future-state business capabilities, and delivering strategic initiatives that optimize processes, improve organizational effectiveness, and create measurable business value.

You will work closely with executive leadership, business units, operations, finance, technology, human resources, and external partners to align transformation initiatives with corporate strategy and operational priorities. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, business analysis, project management, and change management expertise, with the ability to drive enterprise-wide transformation across complex organizational environments.

Key responsibilities include developing transformation strategies, leading business process improvement initiatives, implementing digital transformation programs, managing organizational change, establishing governance frameworks, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring successful adoption of new business processes and technologies. The Business Transformation Manager will also champion innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while mitigating risks and supporting sustainable organizational growth.

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide business transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of business transformation, strategic planning, and organizational change.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation, program management, or PMO initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of digital transformation, automation, ERP systems, and business process optimization.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
