Experience with business processing models, Process Design, Requirements Management, and Project Management.
Experience with business re-engineering methods and techniques, and the technology industry.
Experience in applying Agile techniques to iteratively prioritize and define requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Determine and document current business processes, to identify and understand the users needs.
Collect data to identify the root cause of the organization's problems.
Analyze, plan and implement operational process improvements, to improve the organisation's information systems and product quality.
Develop metrics to provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities.
Organization's business objectives into functional requirements and solution design.
Work closely with the organization's key stakeholders to provide desired re-engineering practices and to ensure alignment of re-engineering initiatives to the organization's objectives.
